Recognising the need of the end users for easy visualisation of their on-going projects in 3D, the client came up with the idea for a handy application as the solution that would serve the purpose. Thus, the business objective of the web based application in question was to provide the end users with the access to a vast variety of Models and Collections which would enable them to view the objects in a 3D format using various 3D Model options and select the most user-friendly one for their project.

Solution Offered

Carmatec offered the solution to their business need in the form of a self-contained web application which is meant to be used by public to access a vast range of resources for creating 3D Models for the objects.

Among the other contemporary applications used for the same purpose, the application built by Carmatec, ReArk stands out since, as a platform, it goes ahead an extra mile by not only allowing the user to upload their objects but also making the application useful for the users who would have got absolutely no background on 3D, before uploading their images for transforming them into the 3D Models.

The application has proven to offer a more user-friendly experience to the end users. The unique feature of the application is that it leaves the choice of creating the type of 3D model to the end users based on their understanding of which features of the object matter to them the most for visualisation. In the future upgrades, the app aims to include a subscription & payment module during the event of creating a 3D model.

3D Model : Three-dimensional modelling is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any three-dimensional surface or an object or it can be anything through various software. It can be created manually or automatically using software.

Multiple Images will be used to build a 3d Object with a detailed focus on geometry, textures, lighting, materials. Etc

Collections: A group of models are considered will form a collection. In simple term it’s end-user can create their own favorite collection of their interests.
